FragBin respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe content hosted on our service infringes your copyright, submit a DMCA takedown notice as described below.

Required information for a DMCA notice

To be effective, a notice should include all of the following:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to locate it (for example, the paste URL).
• Contact information for the complaining party (email address).
• A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Send DMCA notices to fragbin@proton.me. We will investigate and, if appropriate, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. We also provide a counter-notice procedure when permitted by law.
